A. Shipping Costs and Information

I. Shipping of Physical Goods (e.g., watches)

Shipping of physical goods is standardly only possible within Germany. Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post or DHL.

Our shipping costs depend on weight and size. You can find the applicable shipping costs in the following list:

• Small items up to 1 kg (max. 5 cm height / letter post): 3.39 Euro
• Bulky items / packages (e.g., watches in a box) up to 2 kg: 6.49 Euro
• Packages over 2 kg up to 5 kg: 7.99 Euro
• Packages over 5 kg up to 10 kg: 11.49 Euro

For gross order values of 50.00 Euro or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Note on Geoblocking:
Customers from other EU or EEA countries can order physical goods in our shop, provided they specify a delivery address in Germany for delivery.

II. Shipping of Digital Content (e.g., 3D print files)

We ship digital content worldwide. No shipping costs apply to digital content. Delivery is provided digitally via email or a download link.

B. Payment Information

For deliveries, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay)
• PayPal
• Klarna
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

We do not charge any additional fees for using the offered payment methods.

C. Information on Calculating Delivery Time

The delivery time for physical goods is 3 to 5 business days. The period for delivery begins the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such a day.

Digital content is provided immediately after the electronic payment process is completed.
