FAQ

What materials do you use for printing?

  • We print with a wide range of high-quality plastics, depending on what your component needs to withstand: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU (flexible material). For PLA and PETG, we also offer various finishes such as Silk or classic Matte. If you're unsure which material is right for your purpose, we'll be happy to advise you.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • We produce many of our products "on demand," meaning freshly made for you. The entire process – from production on our printers to delivery to your doorstep – usually takes only 2 to 4 business days.

Can you also print my own ideas or files (custom designs)?

  • Absolutely! Simply use our contact form for this. To allow us to quickly assess your project, please provide us with the following details:

Nature & Material:

  • Where will the part be used? (e.g., outdoors, in a car, needs to be flexible).

Scope:

  • How many parts are involved? Do you already have finished 3D files (e.g., as .STL, .STEP, or .3MF)?

Important note on trademark law:

  • We do not print copyrighted figures, logos, or brands (e.g., Pokémon, Disney, protected car logos, etc.). Please understand that we must decline such requests.

Why do I see fine grooves on my component?

  • This is completely normal in FDM 3D printing. Objects are built layer by layer. These fine lines are a quality characteristic of the manufacturing process and do not affect functionality or stability.

Can my 3D print go in the dishwasher?

  • Clear answer: No. Please clean the parts exclusively by hand with a damp cloth and lukewarm water at most. Most plastics used in 3D printing (like PLA) begin to deform at temperatures of around 50 to 60 degrees Celsius. The heat in a dishwasher would permanently ruin and warp your product.

Are the products food safe?

  • No. Although our standard material (PLA) in its raw form is non-toxic and biodegradable, the 3D printing process creates fine, microscopic grooves in the surface. Bacteria can settle in these grooves and may not be removed by normal washing. Therefore, please do not use the products for direct contact with moist or unpackaged foods. (Fruit with peels or packaged snacks are, of course, not a problem!).
